We’re looking for an experience Influencer executive to manage and run the day-to-day of our in-house Influencer affiliate programme.

Marketers for the boohoo group have a reputation for being disruptors. We like that. When it comes to all things brand awareness and e-commerce, we’re not afraid to be brave. Each of our teams is the voice of their own brand, so we utilise creative campaigns, social media and influencer outreach, PR & Comms, and events. On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.

**What you'll be doing**
- Responsible for to day-to-day management of our Influencer affiliate programme
- Recruitment and management of onboarding Influencers onto programme, meeting set KPIs.
- Weekly reporting across various platforms and monitoring performance across Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Work alongside the Influencer team on campaign delivery process/campaign delivery report and providing a tier system for each campaign / notifying expected deliverables.
- Influencer marketing developments (keeping up to date with any industry changes, new developments and feeding back to the team)
- Managing external Influencer reporting tools
- Assist in wider team send out’s to support upcoming campaigns
- Management of all influencer/ supplier PO’s and budget tracking.
- Ownership of the influencer calendar from a fashion campaign perspective.

- Previous experience working in an Influencer Affiliate Marketing role
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to act with pace amongst a large team
- Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work
- Confident in reporting at a top line level
- Experience working with Influencers
