Each of our teams is the voice of their own brand, so we utilise creative campaigns, social media and influencer outreach, PR & Comms, and events. On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.

**What you'll be doing**
- Research and identify influencers across different across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube within the UK market.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent management teams.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and expectations with influencers to ensure successful partnerships that are in-keeping with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging content briefs for influencer campaigns and new product launches.
- Track and analyse performance of influencer activity, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Manage external influencer management tools.
- Attend and support with influencer brand activations and events.
- Work alongside the Affiliates and Paid Media teams to optimise content and support wider marketing channel activity.
- Support with Influencer and VIP attendance on brand activations/trips.
- Support gifting and student ambassador programmes where necessary alongside the Influencer assistant.
- Assist in wider team PR mailers to support upcoming campaigns.
- Support the Junior team members with their personal development.

**More about you**
- Previous experience in an Influencer Marketing role
- Demonstrate a strong interest and experience in online fashion retail, ideally in the fast fashion sector.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office package
