Internal Partnership Co-ordinator

We are seeking an **Internal Partnership Co-Ordinator** who will take responsibility for a broad range of tasks and assist our office team undertake various activities.

**The Role**
Working in a busy and thriving team in our North Shields office, the role will include:
- Maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to our partners and customers.
- Process new warranty registrations.
- Rectify any warranty registration issues.
- Manage the MiPro partner portal and offer telephone support to customers
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in the production of training & partnership certificates.
- Responsibility for updating the partner pages of the company website using WordPress.
- Maintenance of customer databases.
- Undertaking of various administrative tasks within the department as required.
**Desirable Skills/Abilities**
- Achievement Drive: Proactive, self-motivated to achieve and maintain high standards and continual improvements in the way things are done.
- Customer Focus: Able to understand and interpret requests and to produce results within required timeframe.
- Planning and Organising: Able to multi-task, review workload and prioritise effectively. Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Communication and Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communicator, both verbal and written.
- Teamwork and Co-operation: Strong team player willing to play key role in the pursuit of common departmental goals and objectives.
**Desirable Skills and Knowledge**
- Experience - at least 3 years working in an administrative role.
- Good standard of education - must possess at least 5 GCSE’s including English (Grade C/5 or above).
- PC skills - Experienced user of MS Office, preferably with Advanced level PowerPoint and Excel skills. Experience of WordPress or similar would be an advantage.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
