HR Administration Coordinator

My client, an Accountancy and Business Advisory firm based in Liverpool city centre are seeking an experienced **HR Services Administrator** to join their very busy and expanding HR team.
The HR Services team are responsible for the delivery of all HR related administration and plays a vital role in supporting the wider HR team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will use your specialist expertise to help attract great talent, enableour employees to succeed and inspire a unified culture of development across our firm
**Overview**:
- Responsible for a range of administrative duties within the HR department. Activities are likely to be varied and related to the activities of the department / function
- The administrator is responsible for undertaking a range of administrative tasks connected with supporting the local management and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department or team
- To provide an exceptional client experience and support client initiatives within the firm, as well as being responsive and helping to create a positive impression at all touch points
**Responsibilities**:
- Process Long Services Award
- Respond to requests for references
- System data updates (Workday)
- Running and managing various cyclical reports
- General data input (People Manager / department changes etc.)
- Assisting with shared inbox management
- Adding Casual and Contingent Worker records to Workday
- Chasing employees for outstanding documents i.e. Staff Declarations
**Skill set & Experience Required**:
- Proven admin experience within an operational delivery, ideally within a HR environment
- Proficient IT skills using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Understanding of confidentiality & GDPR
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of focus and attention to detail and accuracy
- Process orientated, able to work within SLA's to ensure our service meets the demands of the business.
- A high level of personal commitment to task completion
