Do you possess solid experience as an administrator and would like exposure to the HR environment?

We at Tudor Employment are recruiting for a temporary HR Admin based in Great Wryley, WS6.

The client is a prestigious care home, specialising in dementia care. It is important that all colleagues, regardless of their position, exhibit the personal attributes you would expect within a health and social care setting.

Should you have previous experience working within HR or the care sector in an administrative capacity, this would be highly advantageous.

Are you the right person for this role? The HR Admin:

- Possess two or more years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be computer literate

What will I be doing? Day-to-day duties of the HR Admin are:

- To handle inbound enquiries relating to HR matters effectively
- To work closely with the HR Manager to complete administrative duties
- To act as a notetaker and produce meeting minutes as required
- To complete data entry tasks within the HR function
- To systematically sense-check all documentation produced to
- To maintain proper employee personnel files ensuring that these are kept up to date, secure and kept confidential within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act
- Other duties as required.

What are the hours of work?

The HR Admin will be expected to work Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM. This is a temporary role with an indefinite term.

What is the rate of pay?

The HR Admin will be able to negotiate an hourly rate dependant on experience.
