Are you experienced in the accounts sector?

Tudor Employment are recruiting a Financial Administrator of our client based in Cannock, WS11. The location is well serviced by public transport links from Walsall, Bloxwich and Birmingham.

You will join a vibrant and diverse team within newly refurbished premises. The main function of the job is to assist the accounts function to include reconciliation, analysis and reporting.

This is a part-time (two days per week), temporary role with a three month expected term.

Are you the right person for this role? Key attributes of the Financial Admin are:

- Previous experience within an accounts or finance role
- Ability to reliably commute to the site location
- A relevant qualification such as AAT would be advantageous

What will I be doing? Key duties of the Financial Admin will include:

- To record and reconcile monthly transactions and where necessary
- present and communicate them as appropriate
- To ensure the Trust’s financial system is accurate and up to date
- To assist in the development of the use of the financial system
- in the day to day operations
- To be responsible for recording statistical information for analysis and
- comparison
- To be responsible for reviewing, recording and improving the financial and
- operational processes of the Trust and communicate these with the
- relevant stakeholders
- To be responsible for booking, coordinating and communicating
- meetings and for arranging staff events and activities, where required
- To maintain effective networks with stakeholders and others within the
- sector to promote the Trust and its work
- To attend board and other meetings
- To assist with any other tasks as required

What are the hours of work?

This is a part-time vacancy, working eighteen hours per week over two days.

What is the rate of pay?

The Financial Admin will be paid at a rate of £12/hour.
