Credit Contoller

**Job Overview**:
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team is essential and you will be expected to provide a high level of efficiency and integrity as required by the Financial Director. In addition, you must possess the relevant experience and ability to provide a service of excellence in line with Parts Town Mission Statement. Reporting directly to Senior Credit Controller and the Management Accountant.

**Key Duties**:

- Proactively Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
- Checking and Processing customer receipts and refunds
- Produce manual invoices & credit notes as required
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
- Provide Admin support to ensure efficient and effective operation of all credit control functions and reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial data and update customer records.
- Any other Ad hoc duties as required by the Business.

Competency with large ERP systems & IT Systems inc Excel

**Additional Information**:
Working Pattern 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

Must be willing to travel to our site in Cannock, Staffordshire, every other month for credit control meetings. Also for training purposes must be willing to travel to Cannock when needed. Travel expenses and overnight accommodation will be paid

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
