Intelligent, smart, confident individual required to work in a professional office.

Office administrative duties, to include:

- reception cover
- telephone duties, taking messages and transferring calls
- maintenance of registers on Excel and manually
- filing & photocopying
- postroom duties
- dealing with visitors to the office
- working on your own and within a small team
- various sundry admin tasks, as and when required

In addition there will be basic accounts work, encompassing sorting and organising paperwork, drawing up schedules, agreeing listings to bank statements, analysing items and summarising breakdown of figures.
- fully conversant with Excel, be able to set up own schedules with formulas and have a working knowledge of changing margins, printing, re-sizing, borders, number format, etc,
- have attention to detail and high degree of accuracy,
- be able to express themselves succinctly, but in sufficient detail, both verbally and written,
- have neat, legible hand writing and be numerate,
- be happy to work to standard office practices and be able to follow instructions,
- have a smart professional appearance and attitude,
- have a positive attitude towards time keeping in the workplace.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
