**About the Trust**
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults, and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull. **What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Supporting the Front Office with administrative tasks
- Obtaining quotes, raising, and progressing procurement orders for hardware and software; dealing with Finance and Purchasing Depts
- Keeps records of IT equipment stock and its allocation, regular stocktaking
- Work closely with and support the Front Office Leads with administrative tasksThe role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Previous administrative experience
- Knowledge of SLA and KPI reporting
- Computer literate, specifically Microsoft office packages
