Customer Operations Administrator

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join our busy operations team at Sumitomo Electric Europe Ltd at our head office in Elstree.

We are looking for an individual who is able to provide a first-class service for our customers and provide excellent administrative support for our Sales teams, who sell Sumitomo products across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Your duties will involve all aspects of the sales administration process from processing orders and invoices to managing delivery schedules. You will also be responsible for credit control.
**To be successful in this role, you will need to be**:
- confident in interacting with customers, both external and internal, at various levels and from different cultures
- resourceful to resolve problems
- well-organised with an ability to multi-task and prioritise
- exceptionally good at verbal and written communication
- computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- accurate in your work with excellent attention to detail
- a team player and flexible and willing to assist others and provide back-up cover during absence.
