Customer Service Administrator

We have two vacancies for Customer Service Administrators, one in the Unlicensed Medicines Department and one in the International Sales Department. The following descriptions show both roles:
**UNLICENCED MEDICINES DEPARTMENT**
- To be the first point of contact for incoming calls to the company and customer services department
- Answering enquiries relating to prices and product availability
- Provide excellent Customer Service for the Unlicensed Medicines (ULM) Team
- Maintaining good customer relationships with existing customer when taking orders
- Filing of all paperwork
- Assisting the team with daily activities.

**INTERNATIONAL DEPARTMENT**
- Processing quotations for International customers
- Oversight of International goods coming in and goods going out the warehouse
- Relaying information to the warehouse regarding incoming goods and outgoing orders
- Liaising with the QA and Operations department to ensure correct regulatory procedures are adhered to
- Processing GRN’s and submitting invoices/create invoices to Accounts Department
- Answering customer queries, provide excellent customer service for the International team
- Maintaining good customer relationships with existing customer when taking orders
- Filing of all paperwork
- Liaising with other department on ad hoc matters

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
