A Marketing Assistant who is keen to develop their skills, willing to work hard and grow with the company.

The Marketing Assistant will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.

Availability to work occasional evenings and rare weekends - this is when we run our events, and trust us when we say, you won’t want to miss them

It’s a given that in your game, you are a strong communicator, but this extends to our team too. We expect you to cover each other through connecting, collaborating and sharing. You will need to have a love of technology and a willingness to learn new platforms.

Care about gaining a deep knowledge of our products so that you can promote their value, appreciate their impact and unlock more opportunity.

**Marketing Assistant responsibilities and duties**

Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and delivering ways to improve those campaigns.

Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.

Work closely with the support and development teams to create content to help our clients get the most from us.

Be available as a resource for other members of the Industry Engagement team who need assistance with completing large projects.

Stay up-to-date with industry discussions, comments, trends and forecasts (via news, social media, forums etc.) to suggest and create content.

Assist in sourcing and writing case studies for the website.

Assist in managing social media pages: analysing successful content, adding posts and replies. Link-building, commenting, building the community.

Assist in producing and editing videos and recordings.

Assist in planning events hosted by Jessen James.

Promote events on social media, to third parties and relevant organisations.

Produce presentations for the events and all other materials (handouts, name badges etc).

Schedule webinars

Collate webinar feedback and circulate to the team.

Add webinar recordings to the Help centre.

Answer the telephone and assist with phone calls.

**The Hiring Process**

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
