Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Quality Vision International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Communications Team with implementing marketing strategies and tactics to achieve short- and long-range organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the coordination and management of marketing projects and activities, including tradeshow and regional technical meeting support.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Communications Team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print materials.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other collateral.
- Support the Sales Operations Team with tasks such as reviewing O2 for discontinued products/software and ensuring that O2 systems quotes use correct descriptions and have correct available literature.
- Assist with demo inventory management, including entering all demo orders, billing the representative, and updating the website and O2 inventory.
- Provide training quotes and support the Shipping Team with tasks such as arranging for machine shipping from OGP to customers, tradeshows, open houses, etc.
- B.S. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required, or equivalent experience in industrial product marketing.
- Experience in business-to-business e-marketing communications (e-mail, social media) preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, multi-disciplined, multi-client environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, and desktop publishing software desired.
