Accounts Administrator

Boulevard was founded in 2016 and has since achieved a top 500 seller status in multiple countries across Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and other worldwide marketplaces and is averaging a rate of 100% growth year on year. Selling on multiple marketplace websites online, Boulevard partners with distributors, wholesalers, and brands to sell their products internationally and fulfil orders through the company's two distribution centres based in Worcester, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices for payment
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Generate and distribute reports as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- AAT Qualified or equivalent is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
