Are you an experienced Administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity?My client is a well-established accountancy practice based in the Worcester area. They are looking for a well organised, committed individual with excellent communication and ITskills to join their growing team of 30 individuals during a busy period. You will be supporting the whole team and providing efficient service to clients, representing the practice as the first point of contact with general administration support as and whenrequired.
**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Answer calls politely, quickly, and efficiently. Directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors to the practice.
- Ensuring Reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Ordering and monitoring the levels of stationery and general office supplies.
- Logging client records in and out of the office.
- Booking meetings using Microsoft Outlook and helping manage the Team’s diaries.
- Supporting the Compliance Manager with the admin setup of new clients.
- Maintaining our client database and assisting with mail merge and marketing.
- Finalising letters, creation of invoices and taking card payments from clients.
- Copying and scanning documents.
- General administration duties as and when required supporting all departments within the Practice.
