**Digital Transformation Expert**

Are you energised by a digital transformation role where you will be responsible for helping CMC evolve into a digital orgainsation? If so, this Digital Transformation Expert role could be something for you

As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for planning, building and disseminating easy to digest and clear communications for people at all levels of the CMC organisation to help them build a digital vision for their areas and grow into that vision. You will enable a training strategy, develop materials for change and adoption of DDA solutions and support CMC Scientific Digital & Tech in the deployment of their solutions.

Through building and disseminating Digital Transformation success stories, helping to deliver CMC DDA roadshows, and facilitating workshop sessions, you will help to drive Digital Transformation across CMC.

**The role’s responsibilities include some of the following**:

- Partner across science, data and tech in a matrix environment
- Understand some of the detail but always maintain an eye on the bigger picture
- Create a network to collaborate and engage others internally and externally
- Work in a cross functional environment
- Generate high quality, varied content to engage users and senior leaders
- Effectively manage daily and routine situations with limited guidance
- Prioritize work to remain focused on objectives in rapidly changing circumstances

**Major Activities,**

This role provides expert support ensuring the appropriate change and communication activities are in place to set CMC up for success in Digital Transformation
- Develop clear and digestible communications for CMC scientists and leaders to help the change required for CMC to transform into a digital organisation and deliver the digital strategy
- Work collaboratively with R&D, Tech and GSC to ensure value is delivered as part of the CMC Grand Challenges
- Establish collaborative relationships within CMC providing support, consultation and training to end users and SME networks on Digital Transformation and the Digital Strategy
- Organise promotional and training events for scientists and senior leaders in MDS and TRD
- Build a strategic comms and change plan with individual departments to support on their Digital Transformation journey
