We are recruiting for a Senior Digital Trainer who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients

Managing the education and training of all Trust staff to accurately capture and store its clinical and business operations that are fundamental to the Trust’s success. The post-holder - through staff training - is responsible for ensuring that managers and clinicians continue to have the information that they require to deliver trusted and high-quality services to patients and departments.

To develop and deliver new training courses to support and improve working practices and new systems implementations and upgrades using a variety of modes and methodologies methods including, but not limited to:
Standalone e-learning packages - to provide self-paced learning via our e-learning platform

Guided eLearning with agreed levels of trainer support

Face to face and virtual classroom sessions which are trainer led

To provide analysis and reporting for training provided

To coordinate and provide training support to staff on Trust IT Clinical systems and software, utilising super users

To deliver business as usual training courses within the Trust to a broad range of staff

To provide training as part of clinical systems implementations and upgrades through appropriate mediums such as video, face to face, virtual etc

To promote and ensure effective implementation of digital learning packages to support training compliance within the Trust

To supervise junior members of the Digital Training team

To act as an ambassador for the Digital Department to encourage data quality improvement, good information governance and patient confidentiality

To monitor training performance of any training contractors recruited temporarily for specific projects

To be part of the on-call rota to help support staff with Lorenzo training issues out of hours.
