What you need to know about therole

As a Personal Fitness Trainerwith The Gym Group you get the best of bothworlds

You get to work in the gym for12 hours per week (Upto 24 hours perweek) guaranteed hoursand the perfect opportunity to engage with themembers regularly all whilst beingpaid. You then have a selfemployed PT agreement toallow you to PT in the gym around those 12 hoursmanaging your own time and business and retain 100%of your earnings with no annual licencefee.

Youre perfectfor this role if you

  • Are a Level 3qualified Fitness / Personal trainer
  • Have apassion for health fitness wellbeing and allroundexcellence.
  • Lead from the front and by examplehappy to get stuck in and set the standard forservice
  • Have an unwavering commitment tounderstand the expectations of your members and working hard togrow your business
  • Can work within thecompliance parameters whilst delivering the highest service levelspossible during the day to day running of thegym.
  • Have a proven track record of success andare eager to bring that winning attitude to TheGym.
  • Have a positive approach to supporting themanagement team colleagues and members
  • Areproactive in business development and keen to grow your PersonalTraining client base.
