We are looking for several talented Customer Service Export Coordinator - to supercharge the future of snacking in our business and will look after our Eat Real brand across the UK and Ireland. Eat Real + PROPER are the driving force behind the booming healthy snacking industry, so this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to fuel the growth of our dynamic new business and support our Supply Chain team in their success.

**The Person**:
The ideal person will have a desire to be the best version of themselves each day. They will have some experience in a similar role and will be excited by driving Eat Real and PROPER’s reputation in the industry as the go-to partner on Better for You snacking.

**The Role**:
The role will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining strong communication channels with our clients. You will work closely with various departments, from commercial to logistics, to coordinate and execute best-in-class service.
- Please note as the Customer Services Coordinator you will be based out of London and will be required to travel to our Nuneaton Manufacturing site once a week to work closely with other people and departments within the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer service operations, including order processing, shipment coordination, and documentation compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, promptly responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, such as warehousing and logistics, and planning teams, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance, and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Understand and navigate the regulations specific to the UK and any international markets you manage, ensuring compliance in all export-related activities.
- Utilize various systems and software to streamline export processes, track shipments, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing insights and recommendations to enhance export operations and customer satisfaction.
- Embrace a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, adapting to changing priorities and learning new skills as needed.
- Take ownership of tasks, and seek innovative ways to improve processes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, export logistics, or a related field is preferred, ideally in a fast-growth environment 2. Proficiency in using systems and software relevant to order management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Knowledge of warehousing and logistics operations

We encourage a hybrid approach to working, 3 days from the office and 2 days working from anywhere. This is a London based role but travel to our Nuneaton Snacktory once per week (your travel expenses would be covered).

Our London HQ, the Snack Box, is a 5-minute walk from Euston and Warren Street, and home to 50 of our team. We’re also the proud owners of a shiny new Snacktory in Nuneaton.
