**Customer Service Admin**
I am currently recruiting on an exciting new role with one of my highly sought after global clients based in Crewe. My client takes pride in providing top quality customer support

**About the role**
Hours: Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £23,000
Temporary: 3-6months

**Your new role**
Your new role as a customer service admin will include:

- Taking inbound calls and leasing on behalf of on-site engineers and being the first point of contact
- Ensuring all Telematic equipment is fit for purpose before engineers leave site
- Completing service desk tickets that come through during the day
- Building relationships with the engineers

**To Succeed in the role**
The perfect customer service admin for this role must have:

- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service
- Comfortable with Microsoft office systems
- Telematics experience (desired)
