A private equity firm is looking for an Office Assistant to join them on an ongoing temporary basis, with the view to become permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone either looking for the next step in their career or their first office based role. It would be an added benefit if you speak any languages - particularly Italian. You will be supporting the Office Manager/PA who is very supportive and provide you with full training.

Their offices are based in Mayfair, near Hyde Park. They expect someone to be in the office full-time. You will also need to be flexible with time - they are a very busy office and sometimes have meetings earlier/later on in the days. It is quite a heads down and quiet environment, but with a family feel.

What you'll do:

- Diary management
- Managing and booking travel
- Expenses
- Take inbound calls swiftly and energetically
- Meet and greet clients and staff members from the company’s overseas offices
- Liaising with building management and front-of-house staff
- Set up and manage bookings and meeting rooms, including for video conference liaisons
- Check up on office and kitchen supplies and take care of any stock and supply issues

Who you are:

- Positive, energetic, with a muck in attitude
- Experience working in a front of house role/office environment is ideal
- Confident and fast typer
- Ideally can speak Italian, Spanish, French or German
