- £25,000-£30,000***A boutique high-end renovation and construction company who work on stunning refurbishment and extension projects in London and the Cotswold are looking for a super organised and energetic office and accounts admin assistant to be part of a small team in their lovely office in Brook Green.

They’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and previous admin experience.

Your duties will include:

- Collate staff hours and report spreadsheets
- General company accounting - logging receipts and data entry
- Organise document and mail management
- Sending clients' documents and booking of deliveries
- Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments
- Organise comprehensive travel arrangements including sourcing and booking hotels and transport.
- Managing expenses
- Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment

You will need:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Previous database management
- English and Polish
- Basic invoicing or bookkeeping experience
- Xero experience

This is the perfect role for someone with basic accounting experience with great administrative skills who is looking for an exciting new opportunity.
