**About the role**:
This is a full-time position where hours are variable depending on volume and scheduling of events. This includes regular evening and weekend work. The salary will be commensurate with experience in a similar role.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Event planning and management for all on-campus events including but not limited to:
Open Days
Audition Days administration
Graduation
Songwriting & Gaming Camps
Workshops and Masterclasses
Special Guest Panels
Student Events/Gigs
Freshers Planning
Campus Tours
- Maintain a calendar of events across campus and work with Marketing to promote events and publish event content
- Provide event set-up support, and guest liaison and follow up including; booking venues, campus rooms and facilitating technical support for events, workshops and masterclasses
- Be present at events, masterclasses and workshops to assist in the collection of content to be used within the department (photos, videos etc) and follow up on content captured by students themselves.
- Oversee ongoing event registration, ticket allocations, and catering preferences (when applicable)
- Provide support for the IndEX helpdesk, assisting students with queries and resolving issues
- Assist in the collection and management of the internal job board including promoting opportunities to students
- Assist in following up on Job Opportunities to ensure accurate records are kept of external indEX activations
- Assist in updating ACM Playlists and radio submissions

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Essential**
- 1-2 years experience in event coordination
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

**Desirable**
- Experience with Google workspace
- Experience in using Canva to manage day-to-day design outputs
