An exciting opportunity has become available to join our client as an Events/Facilities Coordinator in their newly renovated state of the art offices. You will be based at their town centre offices in Guildford, working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

This is a varied and interesting role for someone to take on and make their own. You will be responsible for providing vital support across the business, such as facilities management, events, and administration.

Some of your key responsibilities will include being the main point of contact for the logistics of all internal and external events, managing the event space including bookings, catering and layouts, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will also support with multiple contracts within soft services, offering occasional reception cover in busy periods, document management, health and safety adherence and supporting with staff development and policy management.

To be successful in this role you will need previous experience in a similar role within hospitality and be knowledgeable of the health and safety requirements in a facilities management function. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be highly organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
