Customer Success Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Client Success team as a Client Success Coordinator. As a key member of our Client Success team you will be responsible for supporting the team to ensure we are delivering an outstanding experience to our customers. This a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career and gain experience in account management.
**What you'll do**:
- Update our customer map and Care Quality Commission (CQC) reports
- Support the team with updating care home orders on our CRM system
- Assist with general customer queries such as cancellations, co-ordinating data migrations and contracts
- Lead on admin projects and assist on wider projects across the company
- Support our Ambassadors programme
**What you'll bring**:
- An interest in Marketing and Customer Engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and to tight deadlines
- Great organisation and communication skills
- Confident presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
