**JOB SUMMARY**:
To provide a specialist comprehensive administrative and front-line support service within Housing Options service, embracing changes and ensuring year on year service improvements to maintain high standards.

To support homeless officers with client casework ensuring homelessness prevention, relief, and timely move on from temporary accommodation, including but not limited to issuing applicants with standard letters and notifications under Homelessness Reduction Act and, full duty acceptances are completed on Northgate IT system.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
To assist with the implementation of ICT upgrades including participating in testing; and revising workflow processes.

Create new forms and assist in developing and implementing system changes after beta testing on CDP test environment and migrating completed tests over to Live system.

Issue routine statistical reports, when necessary, create ad-hoc reports in required format, referring identified data and any inaccuracies to the appropriate manager.

Make appointments, liaise with and/or maintain effective contact with internal and external service providers where it will help resolve customer enquiries advocating for the customer.

To ensure notice boards, displays of information, leaflets, literature, and forms are present and up to date.

Undertake a broad range of administrative tasks including the requisitioning of supplies and equipment in accordance with the Client's procedures and maintaining inventory, ensuring equipment is stored securely; room bookings, organising and servicing meetings and case conferences; routine contact with customers, stakeholders, and other agencies, dealing with telephone enquiries, takingLBTH JD and PS Template May 2021 messages, and following up enquiries; scanning, photocopying, and filing.

Checking property certificates are compliant and prepare paperwork for temporary accommodation transfers.
