**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-established organisation in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. Known for their excellent customer service, they have a growing workforce of over 500 employees spread across multiple locations including Slough.
This part-Time Bookkeeper role will require you to do the following:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries and bank reconciliation in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly close of the company financial system
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Perform compliance audits
- Engage in continuous improvement projects within the finance department
- Cooperate with the company's external auditors
**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Part-Time Bookkeeper should have:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
