Role Summary

To provide support to the Group finance team (London) and Salisbury in the production of bordereaux, data and reports as required together with IPA reconciliations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support the finance team in receiving client data and producing accurate and timely premium, paid and Claims bordereaux reports to Insurers.
- To work with finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of bordereau data and reports.
- Ensuring company service standards are met at all times.
- Analysing and producing accurate monthly bordereaux returns to all Insurers.
- Daily reconciliation of insurer and debtor accounts.
- Daily reconciliation of Insurer Claims account
- Monitoring of clients and other receipts into the IPA account.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- Experience of working in an accounts role in an insurance environment
- Strong numeric skills, including good knowledge of Excel
- Methodical approach with a sharp eye for detail
- General understanding of business administration and the insurance market
- Knowledge of Xero finance
- Ability to work as part of a small team as well as capable of ensuring individual responsibilities are met.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken
- Be capable of making decisions.
- Customer focussed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
