**The Partner Enablement Team**

Okta's Partner Enablement team works closely with our partners to provide engaging & beneficial learning experiences to ensure they can tell the 'Okta story' in a succinct way & ensure we are their Digital Identity partner of choice.

**The Partner Enablement Specialist Opportunity**

Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Enablement, this role will focus on execution of Partner Enablement plans and programs in EMEA.

**What you'll be doing**
- Establishing Partner Enablement presence in EMEA responsible for:

- Providing external partner learning journeys to Alliance teams
- Enabling internal sellers on Selling With Partners
- Support coordinated New Product Introduction (NPI) process
- Localized content creation to support enablement efforts
- Creation and organization of Partner Enablement plans and programs in a region.
- Be the 'business owner' ensuring achievement of revenue and share of wallet growth, profit and partner satisfaction. You are driven, motivated and have an inherent desire to grow the Partners based on a clear business strategy to create additional revenue streams through upselling of new solutions and additional payment methods.
- Deeply embed Okta into the fabric of the Partners, creating, strengthening and protecting the relationships. You will gain access to and build relationships with Alliances, developing connections that create additional opportunities over the short and long term.
- You will be working closely with cross-functional teams at Okta, gathering resources behind a common goal to successfully grow Partner revenue
- Drive innovation and achieve results through traditional and existing services, while also having the vision and understanding of the needs of the Partners to see ways of adding value to them.
- Contribute to regional efforts to define which partner support which Routes To Markets (RTMs) and NPI
- Work with regional alliance and enablement leaders to define target metrics of success
- Benchmark, track, and report on metrics using insight to improve programs
- Understand Okta's broader enablement efforts to leverage and extend to the partner community
- Engage with regional leaders to identify gaps and introduce efficiencies for all things related to Partner Enablement
- Become trusted advisor and strategic leader in the eyes of regional alliance leadership

**What you'll bring to the role**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to project manage, take responsibility and the initiative, work independently and get things done on time and in full.
- Naturally persistent and tenacious, always following up and seeing tasks through to timely completion.
- A team player - Must be able to collaborate in an international virtual team, coordinating the appropriate resources to meet varying partner requirements.
- Understanding of cultural differences in doing business with international colleagues and customers.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Tenacious and willing to 'roll your sleeves up'.

- A strong track record of successfully working within a partner ecosystem to increase revenue streams & partner satisfaction.
- Experience of Highspot, Mindtickle, Cornerstone, Skilljar etc.
- Entrepreneurial mindset & proactive approach.
