London, United Kingdom Palo Alto Networks Full time

Company Description
**Our Mission**

At Palo Alto Networks® everything starts and ends with our mission:
Being the cybersecurity partner of choice, protecting our digital way of life.

We have the vision of a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before. These aren’t easy goals to accomplish - but we’re not here for easy. We’re here for better. We are a company built on the foundation of challenging and disrupting the way things are done, and we’re looking for innovators who are as committed to shaping the future of cybersecurity as we are.

We’re changing the nature of work. Palo Alto Networks is evolving to meet the needs of our employees now and in the future through FLEXWORK, our approach to how we work. From benefits to learning, location to leadership, we’ve rethought and recreated every aspect of the employee experience at Palo Alto Networks. And because it FLEXes around each individual employee based on their individual choices, employees are empowered to push boundaries and help us all evolve, together.

**Job Description**:
**Your Career**

We are working with our key Service Providers (SPs) in EMEA to build new managed offerings that will play a critical role in securing our customer networks. Through the company’s Service Provider Technical Go-To-Market (GTM) program, the goal is growing the Managed Services partners and enabling delivery of the company’s products and services through them. Bringing solutions to market faster and with increased profitability for our partners.

As the SP Enablement Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to accelerate the technical readiness of our Service Providers to deliver managed services. The work includes understanding the overall GTM strategy of the SP and designing an enablement blueprint aligned to their strategy. Creating innovative plans to leverage existing training content, labs/demos and resources to design world class training strategies.

**Your Impact**

As a Service Provider launches a new managed service, you will understand the business and revenue goals of the new service. Then drill down on the technical service description and use cases to learn how the offer will be deployed and integrated into the SP’s existing network/infrastructure. Most importantly, you will gain insight into the SP’s key differentiators and unique value propositions for the offer.
- Collaborate with training teams in the company to fill gaps in the ‘toolkit’
- Work with the account team Systems Engineer (SE) to customize the generic training content to the SP’s solution
- Coordinate the building of a Minimum Collateral Package (MCP) for the launch of each new service
- Collect the details of the demographics/personas of the individuals that require training
- Define business outcomes for enablement efforts and design initiatives/campaigns to support the goals
- Organize individual enablement project plans that are customized for each SP
- Coordinate lab/demo inventory available to partners and work with lab leads to fill gaps in the portfolio
- Design ongoing enablement programs to develop a community of interest at the SPs and drive brand loyalty to Palo Alto Networks
- Champion the creation and utilization of MSSP-specific certifications/credentials

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- 7+ years of experience in designing or delivering technical training programs in a channel sales environment
- Experience selling, demonstrating, teaching, installing, or troubleshooting network and cloud-native security products
- Industry knowledge of security and network product and technology trends
- Knowledge of competitive solutions and technical selling strategies
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to structure solutions to complex problems
- Experienced in driving large cross-functional programs/initiatives
- Strong communicator with ability to seek first to understand, and then, create recommendations
- Self-starter, highly motivated with curiosity to learn about and influence the business
- Works well within a matrixed environment, with ability to manage simultaneous projects, and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, organization, influence, writing, and editing skills
- Relevant industry certifications preferred (SANS, CISSP, PCNSE, PSE, CCNA/P, etc.)

Additional Information
**The Team**

As part of our Systems Engineering team, you’ll support the sales team with technical expertise and guidance when establishing trust with key clients.
