We are seeking an experienced Field Training and Enablement Program Manager to lead in facilitation of training and delivering our broad programs for onboarding, development and readiness of the EMEA Commercial Sales Team.

Key job responsibilities
- Facilitation and organisation of enablement programs to the Sales field
- Engagement with the field to articulate and capture feedback
- Provide input into the ideation and creation of new and existing training programs.
- In-person and remote classroom training delivery
- Plan and participate in but not limited to: new hire training and on-boarding, weekly sales training, sales skills training, tools training and continuous learning
