**What You Will Accomplish**:

- Develop the EMEA marketing plan and strategy: Create brand awareness and aggressively contribute to pipeline and revenue
- Own metrics for success in EMEA: Track, measure, follow-up of every program
- Execute measurable integrated campaigns, demand generation programs and events that drive demand across the buyer's journey
- Co-develop marketing plans and activities with regional focus partners and key global to deliver pipeline
- Partner with the Communications Team to develop PR and AR initiatives supporting the EMEA region
- Continuously align with EMEA sales on goals, strategy, messaging, and tactics
- Work cross functionally with internal teams including demand generation, marketing, product marketing, inside sales, finance, etc.
- Prioritizing and establishing marketing support across the region as Illumio continues to grow
- Campaign analysis, reporting on marketing KPIs across the buyer's journey, and making data-centric recommendations to increase pipeline and revenue
- Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors that support the EMEA marketing strategy and goals
- Management: This leader will be chartered with prioritizing and establishing marketing support across the region as we continue to grow

**What You Will Bring**:

- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience; security and SaaS. 3+ years of field marketing management experience.
- Proven track record of overseeing EMEA Marketing including developing supporting visions, plans and strategy
- Must have a strong background with tracking, analysis, and reporting effectiveness of marketing plans and initiatives supporting EMEA
- In-depth background with executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue
- Experience supporting and partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
- Excellent communicator and a strong team player
- Work within a fast and complex environment with experience at a start-up preferred
- Bachelor's Degree; Marketing or related preferred
