Are you proactive, flexible, with a great work ethic?

We have a wonderful opportunity to join a busy company in East Grinstead, with great scope to develop and learn. This busy role will see you providing office support across the business. Your main duties will include:

- Ensuring stock is ordered and delivered
- Processing orders
- Negotiating prices with suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers around stock availability
- Recording all information on CRM systems
- Liaising with warehouse and help desk
- Responding to issues as they arise and resolve
- Completing delivery schedules and chase proof of delivery documents

You will be working closely with the purchasing manager. Previous experience in purchasing is beneficial but not necessary. Full training will be given.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable handling an ever changing workload, so strong organisational and communication skills are essential. If you are committed to work hard and want to contribute to a successful business, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you
