**JOB TITLE**:Lead Client Coordinator

**LOCATION**:East Grinstead

**HOURS**: Monday - Wednesday and Friday shifts between 8am - 6pm (Thursday 11.30pm - 7.30pm, with the occasional 9am-5pm)

**SALARY**:£26,000 per annum

Office Angels are teaming up with the Hiring Manager at this award-winning organisation to recruit a Client Coordinator to join the growing team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assist with the Clients journey and support throughout the process
- Being the main point of contact for the Client; including follow up, recording status and following the process
- Managing relationships between Clients and Managers to maintain high level satisfactory of service
- Provide a personalised experience, dealing with all queries whether be needs and concerns at all stages of process
- Manage wait times and expectations by using effective communication
- Answering the phone and data entry administration
- Manage the reception environment, ensure it is up to appropriate standards and promotes a high level of Customer Service at all times

**About you**:

- Great approach to Customer Service
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Customer Service and / or Front of House Experience
- Administration experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
