**Our client is a leading British food manufacturer. They are currently looking for a Pilot Plant Technician to come in on a full time basis to help cope with growing business demands.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Processing Import and Export Documentation
- Dealing with Customer and Haulier issues and complaints
- Managing Customer receipts and order
- Supporting the planning department
- Dealing with internal departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Customer Services Experience is required
- Experience in a food manufacturer or logistics business
- Understanding of export and import would be beneficial
- Need to be able to deal with customer complaints
- Resilience when dealing with customers
- Adaptable to changes

**Benefits Package**:
