We have an opening for one of our Wirral based clients. The role is working within a thriving and dynamic office environment. This role would suit someone who has had Administration, Reception or Customer Service experience and looking to further their career in an administration capacity.

Duties
- A variety of Administration duties
- Checking information and data
- Date Entry
- Offering excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Dealing with customer calls as and when they come in
- Information gathering and ensuring information is taken down correctly
- Creating information packs

Requirements
- Administration/Customer Service Experience
- Happy to work in a team and in a busy environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Confident dealing with internal departments
- Happy to work independently as part of a team

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£21,001.00 per year

- Ellesmere Port: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
