We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Duties**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Send out quotes, invoices, follow up enquiries and chase outstanding payments
- Reconcile bank transfers/transactions via Sage
- Prepare reports and other documents including weekly business sheets
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide holiday cover in Managing Directors absence

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using Google Suite and other computerized office systems
- Use of Sage accounting would be advantageous
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
