**About us**

NoiseAir is an environmental consultancy firm, specialising in acoustics and air quality.

We are a small family business based in Ellesmere Port, servicing the UK. Our clients include blue-chip manufacturers, the NHS, universities and schools, major developers, as well as the general public.

We work closely with architects, planners, local councils and the Environment Agency on projects ranging from residential developments to large scale industrial sites.

**Duties**
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to enquiries (including preparing quotes.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic book keeping tasks using QuickBooks

**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerised systems and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred
