**_THE ROLE INVOLVES:_**
- **_ Supporting the Sales Administrative Team: _**_Processing all requests in a timely manner while communicating and working with multiple departments_
- **_ Inputting and management of orders and daily despatch of goods _**_Constant use of multiple computer systems_
- _

**_WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR_**
- **_ Experience in coordinating a busy hire / sales desk:_**_ This role will require experience in a similar role - the sales/ hire desk is extremely busy and requires a motivated and organised person to manage the work load. The ability to prioritise work is essential along with accuracy when raising orders inputting serial numbers and hire orders._
- **_ The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure on your own:_**_ This required the ability to multi task, again due to the fast paced nature of the business you will be required to multi task - often finishing processing one order whist answering the phone and taking a another order. Clear and precise organisation and planning is required by the person who carries out this role._

- At Hytorc _**_we invest in you_**_, this role will come with full comprehensive product and systems training in house, along with the ability to further develop yourself supported by Hytorc on external courses in line with the business needs and company goals and objectives._
