**DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS**:
**Main Requirements**:
Working alongside the Sales Office Supervisor providing admin support to all company sales personnel.

Register and coordinate JMRs, JPIs, TMRs and SIM subscriptions.

Input data into the CRM system, updating inaccurate data.

Demonstrate excellent customer service when dealing with invoice queries from suppliers.

**Additional Requirements**:
Must have full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.

Keep abreast of changes in the business and the manufacturing industry.

Some basic experience of Project Management preferably with a Prince 2 or Lean Sigma qualification.

Ability to provide clear and concise reports to management when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
