We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Graduate Talent Acquisition professional to join our Emerging Talent TA team, on a 12-month Fixed Term basis. You’ll take ownership of the Finance graduate programme strategy, including the overall design and development of the programme as well as leading on recruitment delivery activity. This is a new role delivering a programme in its infancy, so you’ll have the opportunity to make it your own working with senior stakeholders with a broad remit across multiple geographies.

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. We facilitate talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

In this role you will:

- Work with relevant business sponsors to plan and execute the end-to-end proposition globally.
- Create annual global recruitment plans for relevant business areas, ensuring a true global picture and co-ordinated effort.
- Own and build active relationships and knowledge base with external vendors. Horizon scanning to ensure the process remains competitive.
- Conduct demand planning activity to ensure the process is executed efficiently and commercially.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- Graduate recruitment experience, demonstrated through delivery of graduate recruitment programmes or programme design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders, challenging where appropriate.
- Highly organised and resourceful, able to prioritise and deliver outcomes at pace.
- Evidence of requirements gathering, drawing on experts and translating requirements to build effective propositions/solutions.
