**This role gives the opportunity to gain SC CLEARANCE** Our client is looking to hire an Information Management Officer/Administrator for approximately 6 months. As the Information Management Officer you will provide daily admin support to the Service Desk Manager in delivery of core iHub tasks. As the Information Management Officer you will be able to act as a key team player and contribute to the delivery of corporate support services from the iHub, across the organisation from asset management to actioning new accounts. We are looking for an Information Management Officer with Customer service experience and an admin background. As the Information Management Officer you will have the following responsibilities:

- Provide daily admin support to the Service Desk Manager in delivery of core iHub tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service, supporting iHub activity across the whole of the team.
- Acting as a key team player and contribute to the delivery of corporate support services from the iHub, across the organisation; from asset management to actioning new accounts.
- Submitting catalogue requests, asset management, customer advice & guidance on requests as per service catalogue, sharePoint permissions & basic site maintenance, supporting team admin and conduct asset audits.

As the Information Management Officer you will have worked in a similar role and will have the following skillset:

- Experience with MS office packages
- Customer service experience important
- Admin background

**Anticipated Length of Assignment**: Unless otherwise stated (we do carry the occasional permanent vacancy) all of our roles are technically temporary, though opening assignments can be and often are, extended by clients on a longer term basis and can sometimes become permanent.
