**Job Duties**:
Assist customers with ideas and queries, offering set up ideas and advice when required

Build strong relationships with our future and current customers

Communicate with customers via telephone and online to facilitate the taking and processing of orders

Gain a good working knowledge of our products and practices to better be able to help, advise our customers and pre-empt their needs

Answers phone calls transferring them as necessary

Carry out administrative duties relative to the maintaining of records, processing of payments, responding to enquiries and other common daily office jobs

Communicating effectively with all departments to solve issues and carry out management initiatives and training as received

**Website and social media management if an applicant has relevant experience**

Office Administrator Skills:
Prior Office Administration Experience Preferred; Good Attention to Detail; Ability to Work Without Supervision; Excellent Time Management Skills; Great Communication and Customer Service Skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs; Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills; High Standard of Numeracy and Literacy; Ability to Handle Confidential Information; Strong Record Keeping Skills; Ability to Multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
