Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Inclusion Officer to join our team. As an Inclusion Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. You will be responsible for implementing strategies and initiatives to ensure that all employees feel valued, respected, and supported.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement inclusion programs and initiatives to promote diversity and equality within the organization
- Collaborate with HR department to review and update policies and procedures to ensure inclusivity
- Provide training and education to employees on topics related to diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in diversity and inclusion efforts
- Work closely with management to develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and promoting diverse talent
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding diversity-related issues, providing guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Diversity Studies, Social Sciences)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Strong knowledge of diversity-related laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to educate others on the importance of diversity and inclusion
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Salary**: £25,500.04-£76,874.68 per year
