Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting our Fleet Manager, wider business and providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This a wide ranging role, that links various different other members of the team to create a team effort and shared goal to run an effective fleet.

**Duties**:

- Liaising with our motor insurer and ensuring that all accidents are reported and logged
- Supporting customers with maintenance queries
- Ensure that all vehicle maintenance tasks are logged on the system, with purchase orders created and invoices are uploaded to ensure an accurate history of each vehicle.
- Assist customers with vehicle information, their documents, and general inquiries
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and navigating through multiple systems simultaneously
- Previous customer service experience in mobility sector is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism

Hours: 35 Hours Per Week Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per annum

Location: Gravesend
