We have an immediate vacancy for a Service Advisor with experience within a Motor dealer franchise service department, Independent garage, motor trade retail to work full or part time.

If you enjoy looking after customers and delivering a great experience this is a great opportunity to join our passionate about Mercedes-Benz team.

As a Service Advisor/ receptionist you will be working together with the manager booking and scheduling service/repair work for our customers, keep customers fully informed of progress, possess organisation/admin skills and have experience using computer systems. In-house training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer
- Schedule appointments and manage service orders
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred
- Understanding of automotive systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Salary**: £18,279.00-£32,622.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
