**Service Advisor Required in Nottingham at a Main Dealer**
- Salary up to £26,000 + £6,000 Bonus = £32,000 annual earnings
- Hours: 8.00 - 6.00pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8 - 1
- Flexible working hours available if required

We are currently working with a well-established and respected Motor Trade Dealership who have been operating in the United Kingdom for decades, representing some of the automotive industry's most iconic and sought after brands.

They are looking for an experienced and established Service Advisor who has main dealership experience, to join their expanding customer service team. Or, what you lack in skills currently you will make up in attitude and professionalism as our client will consider customer service professionals from other industries. This is an essential role to the success of the business.

**Within this Service Advisor role your typical duties will include**:

- Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians.
- Liaison with customers about any additional work required.
- Greeting customers and scheduling services.
- Estimating time and costs associated with repairs.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Responding to customer requests.
- Tracking the vehicle through the workshop.
