What is the Customer Service Advisor job?

**ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**:

- Developing strong relationships with all clients predominantly within the warehousing, logistics and commercial industries.
- Providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
- Communicating with customers regularly - creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.
- Maximising the business potential and market share within the existing client base.

**RECRUITMENT**:

- Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants.

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in the on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.

**What skills and attributes does a Customer Service Advisor need?**
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- A drive to overcome challenges and problem solve.
- A genuine desire to succeed and develop your career.
- A team player attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience in a sales environment would be advantageous.
- Educated ideally to A level standard.
