Service Advisor - Handyman Headquarters

About Us:
Handyman Headquarters is going to be the one-stop-shop for all things maintenance and repair in the East Midlands. Backed by the esteemed John Ryan Group with decades of industry expertise, we are dedicated to making our client’s lives easier. From electrical work to plumbing and everything in between, we are happy to tackle any task, big or small. ‘Say Bye Bye to DIY’ and let us manage the hard work for you.
Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. We are looking for someone with a friendly demeanour and a passion for providing exceptional customer service with experience in the industry. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, scheduling service appointments and ensuring everyone receives personalise attention that they deserve. If you have industry experience and feel that you have a knack for organisation - we want to hear from you
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Handyman and Construction industry.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
- Full Time.
- In person, must be able to travel to Bramcote Lane in Wollaton.
