The Board of Trustees at Endeavour Learning Trust is looking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer who can lead the ongoing development of our growing Multi Academy Trust.

Endeavour Learning Trust is a small but steadily growing Trust in the North West, currently spanning South Ribble, West Lancashire and North Sefton.

The Trust has a tangible family ethos. We work as a team, and we want the best for everyone. We seek to enable all to thrive; individually, and together, in our classrooms, staffrooms, schools and across the Trust.

This is a high-profile role for an inspirational individual. With a flexible and calm approach, you will share best practice across our schools, draw on the talents of staff and build on their many strengths.

Above all, we are looking for a strategic leader who can demonstrate the impact of their work and efforts on schools, pupils, parents, staff and communities.

The role of CEO will involve taking responsibility for:

- Creating a clear blueprint for delivering school improvement across both phases
- Working to achieve a balance between autonomy and standardisation
- Delivering the strategic direction for the Trust and communicating its vision to all stakeholders
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement and implementing effective systems of organisation and control
- Acting as the Accounting Officer for the Trust in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Skills Funding Agency
